Terms and Conditions for Returned Materials:

Insure shipment for full value. Customer is responsible for any freight, duty, and brokerage charges incurred in returning product to Promark Technology. Shipper takes full responsibility for any damage incurred in shipping. You will be notified if Promark suspects any shipping damage. Promark charges a shipping & handling fee and insurance for all items shipped from our dock. If your company is self-insured, we require a hardcopy letter for our files before insurance can be waived.

All non-warranty items have a 90-day warranty from the date of shipment on the repair performed.

Packaging Instructions:
Please follow proper ESD guidelines for packaging returns. All boards & open frame units must be enclosed in protective ESD bags. Do not use static producing materials such as peanuts. Package to prevent damage.
